2023 Summer Classes

(Registration begins April 19 - 9 a.m.)

We will have multiple classes this summer!

 

TARGET GROUP (AGES 5-6):

These classes introduce youth to the game of golf and golf etiquette in a safe, game like environment. Cost is $20 and each session has three class periods at the Salina Municipal Golf Course.  Equipment is provided.

Session 1 - June 9, 16, 23 - 8:30 a.m. - 9:15 a.m.                           Session 2 - June 9, 16, 23 - 9:30 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.

Session 3 - July 7, 14, 21 - 8:30 a.m. - 9:15 a.m.                            Session 4 - July 7, 14, 21 - 9:30 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.

AGES 7-9:

This class gives participants the opportunity to experience the game of golf in a seamless blending of Golf Skills, Life Skills, etiquette and rules in a fun, structured game-like setting utilizing the Salina Municipal Golf course facilities.  Cost is $40 per session. Class duration is 75 minutes at the Salina Municipal Golf Course.

Session 1 - June 5, 7, 8, 12, 14, 15 - 8:00 a.m. - 9:15 a.m.                           Session 2 - June 19, 21, 22, 26, 28, 29 - 8:00 a.m. - 9:15 a.m.

Session 3 - July 10, 12, 13, 17, 19, 20 - 8:00 a.m. - 9:15 a.m. 

AGES 10-11:

We use seamless activities and drills designed to improve their golfing ability as well as their emotional and mental approach to the game. Programming will be conducted at the Salina Municipal Golf Course.  Cost is $40 per session. Class duration is 75 minutes at the Salina Municipal Golf Course.

Session 1 - June 5, 7, 8, 12, 14, 15 - 9:30 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.                           Session 2 - June 19, 21, 22, 26, 28, 29 - 9:30 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.

Session 3 - July 10, 12, 13, 17, 19, 20 - 9:30 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. 

AGES 12-13:

Join Coach Adam for this unique class experience each Tuesday. Classes will be held at the Salina Municipal Golf Course and the Salina Country Club. Participants will learn about the game of golf, rules and etiquette. We will also utilize a Par Points curriculum for many fun games and challenges. Experienced players and beginners are welcome.  Cost is $40 per session.  Class duration is 75 minutes.

Session 1 - June 6, 13, 20, 27, July 11, 18 - 8:00 a.m. - 9:15 a.m.

AGES 14 & Up:

Join Coach Adam for this unique class experience each Tuesday. Classes will be held at the Salina Municipal Golf Course and the Salina Country Club. Participants will learn about the game of golf, rules and etiquette. We will also utilize a Par Points curriculum for many fun games and challenges. Experienced players and beginners are welcome. Cost is $40 per session.  Class duration is 75 minutes.
