2025 Summer Classes

AGES 5-6:

This class introduces participants to the game of golf in a seamless blending of golf skills, life skills, etiquette and rules in a fun, structured game-like setting utilizing the Salina Municipal Golf facilities.  Cost is $25 per session.  Class duration is 45 minutes and we will have sessions at the Salina Municipal Golf Course.

Session 1:  June 6, 13, 20 - 8:30 a.m. - 9:15 a.m. - Salina Municipal Golf Course                       

Session 2:  June 6, 13, 20 - 9:30 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. - Salina Municipal Golf Course   

Session 3:  June 27, July 11, 18 - 8:30 a.m. - 9:15 a.m. - Salina Municipal Golf Course   

Session 4:  June 27, July 11, 18 - 9:30 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. - Salina Municipal Golf Course 

AGES 7-11 (Salina) and AGES 7-9 and 10-12 (Minneapolis):

This class gives participants the opportunity to experience the game of golf in a seamless blending of golf skills, life skills, etiquette and rules in a fun, structured game-like setting utilizing the Salina Municipal Golf and Minneapolis Golf course facilities.  Cost is $50 per session.  Class duration is 75 minutes and we will have sessions at the Salina Municipal Golf Course and the Minneapolis Golf Course.

AGES 12-13 (Salina) and AGES 13-15 (Minneapolis):

We use seamless activities and drills designed to improve their golfing ability as well as their emotional and mental approach to the game.  Programming will be conducted at the Salina Municipal Golf Course and the Minneapolis Golf Course.  Cost is $50 per session.  Class duration is 75 minutes.

Session 1:  (12-13) June 3, 10, 17, 24, July 8, 15 - 8 a.m. - 9:15 a.m. - Salina Municipal Golf Course

Session 1:  (13-15) June 3, 4, 6, 10, 11, 13 - 11 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. - Minneapolis Golf Course

AGES 14 & Up (Salina)

We use seamless activities and drills designed to improve their golfing ability as well as their emotional and mental approach to the game.  Programming will be conducted at the Salina Municipal Golf Course and the Minneapolis Golf Course.  Cost is $50 per session.  Class duration is 75 minutes.

CENTRAL KANSAS YOUTH GOLF LEAGUE (Ages 8-17)

We want to give kids an opportunity to get out on the short course and play golf together.  We will use Par Points and play some different games.  We will play on the 6 hole short course.  Students must be able to carry their own bag and keep score.  Programming will be on Monday nights and conducted at the Salina Municipal Golf Course.  Cost is $25 per session.  Class duration is 60-90 minutes depending on how long it takes to play that night.
